Small Trips around Tasmania

Working on a rotating 3 week roster, I have a 3 day weekend every 3 weeks and we try and go away in the van at every opportunity we get unless the forecast is not good. We mainly head somewhere close by and usually head off on the Friday night straight after I knock off work

Dianne and I are part of the Fifth Wheelers Network and the local Tasmanian members have several gatherings around the state each year. Any member from the mainland is most welcome to join if they are travelling in Tasmania when a gathering is on.

Listen to the penguins after they come ashore after dark. Literally hundreds making a racket, but you may only see half a dozen.
